Meet Jill Graham, professional organizer and owner of Operation: Organize!
in Chandler, Arizona. Jill’s mother taught her the basics of organizing
at an early age. She sorted buttons and crayons at two and
later learned the importance of purging, by way of
donations. Her favorite tool is a cross cut
shredder, one of the first things she recommends to new
clients. Her clients include children, teachers,
homemakers and busy professionals. Jill helps
transform their classrooms and residential spaces.
In the
summer of 2006, Jill’s project
Beyond an Apple
– an organizational and management guide for every primary
teacher, was published. Her goal was to bring classroom
organizational and management principles and tips to
primary teachers for a fraction of the cost of hiring a
professional organizer. Check it out at

Before becoming a professional organizer, Jill worked in the educational field for over ten years. She spent many of those years as a successful primary teacher. Again, though, her organizing skills were always useful: she not only taught organizing principles to children as young as five, she helped organize interns, student teachers, teachers and other school personnel.
She continues to work in the field of education, providing
student teachers at Arizona State University with the
tools they need to be successful teachers.
